Paw Zone Mobile Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome to Paw Zone Mobile! We’re excited to help your furry friends look and feel their best. Before you use our pet care and grooming services, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you’re agreeing to these rules, which form a legal contract between you and Paw Zone Mobile LLC ("we," "us," or "our groomers"). If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

 

Communication Preferences

 

When you click 'Submit' to book our services, you’re giving us permission to send you calls and SMS updates about your appointment. Message frequency varies, and standard message/data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Check our Privacy Policy for more details!

 

Your Privacy Matters

 

We care about keeping your information safe. We only collect what we need—like your name, contact details, and preferences—to provide and improve our services. We’ll never sell, rent, or share your info with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes. Your details are just for us to communicate with you about your pet’s grooming. Special Grooming Requests

 

If your pet has matted fur and needs a very short haircut (3mm or less), you’ll need to request this service specifically. We’ll provide a consent form for you to sign before we proceed.

 

Flea Shampoo Info

 

We offer flea shampoo as an extra service (starting at $15, depending on your pet’s needs). Please note that it doesn’t guarantee your pet will be 100% flea-free after grooming, and it’s not a full flea treatment. It’s just an added step to help during the session.

 

Arrival Time Window

 

Our groomers will arrive within a one-hour window of your scheduled time. If you need a more specific time, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

 

Pet Behavior and Safety

 

We want everyone to stay safe! If your pet has a history of aggressive behavior—like nipping, biting, scratching, or clawing—please let us know at least a day before your appointment. We may need to decide if we can safely groom your pet. We reserve the right to deny service if a pet’s behavior poses a risk.

 

Medical Conditions

 

If your pet has any medical conditions, please tell us before booking. We’ll assess if our services are suitable for your pet. For safety, we may need to deny service to pets with certain medical conditions.

 

Additional Fees

 

We may add an extra charge (up to 25% of the original cost) if your pet’s behavior makes grooming more challenging, or if their coat is matted or overdue for grooming. We’ll let you know if this applies.

 

Grooming Van Rules

 

For safety and privacy, only our groomers are allowed inside the grooming van during the session. Please don’t enter or stay in the van while grooming is happening.

 

Food and Treats

 

We can’t provide food or treats for your pet during grooming unless you supply them. Please bring anything your pet might need!

 

Haircuts and Washing

 

If your pet needs a haircut, a wash will also be included for hygiene reasons. It’s all part of keeping your pet clean and healthy!

 

Payment Details

 

Payment is due on the day of your appointment, right after grooming is finished, while our groomers are still at your location. We accept Venmo or credit card. If payment is late, we’ll add a $25 late fee for each day past the appointment date.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. If you cancel later than that, you’ll be charged a fee of up to 50% of the original service cost.

 

Travel Fees for Rural Areas

 

If you live in a rural area (3 miles or more from the downtown area or main freeway), we may add a travel fee of up to $25 to cover our groomers’ expenses.

 

Service Denials for Other Reasons

 

If we can’t groom your pet for reasons beyond our control, you’ll be charged a fee of 50% of the original service cost. We also reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason, as long as it’s within local, state, and federal laws.

 

Cat Grooming Requirements

 

For all cat appointments, cats must be transported in a carrier from your home to our grooming van. This keeps them safe and secure!

 

Medical Condition Liability

 

Even if we agree to groom a pet with a disclosed medical condition, Paw Zone Mobile LLC isn’t responsible for any issues that might happen before, during, or after the session. This includes worsening of existing conditions, injuries, or unfortunate incidents. You accept full responsibility for your pet’s health and well-being, and we’re not liable in these cases.

 

Flea Shampoo Effectiveness

 

While our flea shampoo helps reduce fleas on your pet, it’s not 100% guaranteed to eliminate them. It doesn’t address fleas in your pet’s environment or prevent future infestations, and we don’t offer warranties for complete flea eradication.

 

Refunds and Satisfaction

 

If you’re not happy with the grooming, we offer refunds of up to 50% of the service fee—but only if we can’t fix the issue by revisiting your location. You’ll need to provide clear photos of what you’re unhappy with, and we’ll review your request. If approved, you’ll sign a document to finalize the refund. Refunds depend on the complaint and evidence provided.
