Mobile Grooming Discount Terms & Conditions
Term 1: Discount Offer
- Get up to $50 OFF based on your pet's service type
(Check the pricing chart for exact discount per service)
Term 2: Discount Approval
- The discount must be requested and approved at the time of booking.
- Discounts not confirmed in advance will not be applied at checkout.
- Discount doesn't apply for same day appointments
Term 3: Per Pet Basis
- Discounts apply per pet.
- Each pet in the household may qualify separately.
Term 4: Eligibility
- Discount is only available for dogs that are well-behaved and accustomed to grooming.
- Dogs must have no history of aggression.
- Must remain calm and cooperative during the grooming process (including nail clipping and staying
still).
- Dogs must have a grooming record showing they have been groomed multiple times before.
- Puppies are not eligible for this discount.

Discount applies only to dogs, not cats
Term 5: Age Requirement
- Discount applies only to dogs under 10 years old.
Term 6: Location
- The discount applies to customers located in Santa Rosa with no minimum pet requirement.
- Customers in Napa and Marin countries may also qualify for the discount when booking grooming for two or more pets.
Term 7: Coat Condition
- Dogs must be free of matting.
- To qualify, dogs should have been groomed within the last six weeks.
Term 8: Service Area
- To qualify for the discount, customer addresses must be located within 2.5 miles of either Highway 12
or Highway 101 in Santa Rosa.
Term 9: New Customers Only
- This discount is exclusively for new customers booking for the first time.
- Offer valid for appointments starting on August 20, 2025.
Term 10: Discount applies only to a Basic Standard Trim.
The discount covers our Basic Standard Trim service, which means an even-length cut all over the body, with the tail and head kept proportionally longer. Any special or detailed styles—such as poodle feet, shaved muzzle, breed-specific patterns, or custom cuts—are charged at the regular price and are not eligible for discounts.
How to Keep the Discount
Customers who follow all of the guidelines will have their special discount price secured for up to
six months.
Term 1: Grooming Frequency
- Pets must be groomed within a strict 4-week period.
- Even one day past 4 weeks will disqualify the pet from receiving the discount.
- Rescheduling beyond the 4-week window, regardless of the reason, will result in loss of discount
eligibility.
- Once lost, the discount cannot be reapplied for that pet.
Term 2: Responsibility for Scheduling
- Customers are encouraged to schedule their next appointment immediately after the first session is
completed to secure availability within the 4-week window.
- If the next appointment is not booked right away, we cannot guarantee an opening within 4 weeks.
- Missing this window means the pet will no longer qualify for the discount.
